We are constantly monitoring the changing COVID situation. The health and safety of our employees and security of our operation is of paramount importance. As a result, we are currently unable to accommodate in person visits.
We will provide you with detailed step by step instructions and will be available to assist and/or answer any questions you may have. Please note returns MUST be shipped with Canada Post.
Gold or platinum bands may be returned for full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery date. All product return shipping is at the expense of purchaser, must be accompanied by a tracking number and be insured for the full product value. If there is a difference in price at time of exchange, only the difference will be credited or billed. Returns MUST be shipped with Canada Post.
If the product was personalized with engraving, it cannot be restocked, therefore the return will be subject to a processing fee of $150.
Engagement rings and bands with diamonds can be returned for exchange within 30 days of delivery date. All product return shipping is at the expense of purchaser, must be accompanied by a tracking number and be insured for the full product value. If there is a difference in price at time of exchange, only the difference will be credited or billed. Returns MUST be shipped with Canada Post.
Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in New and Unused Condition and be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and Authentication Certificates where applicable. Items showing signs of wear or alteration by anyone other than Dymond Ringz Inc. will not be accepted and will be returned to the client at their expense.
We will issue refunds to source of payment at time of purchase.
PayPal purchases will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
Credit Card payments will be refunded to the same Credit Card account.
