What do you mean it doesn't shine?  That's not right!

As long as the ring has not been sized or modified by others, send it back and we'll clean it up!  No charge the first time...or the second time...or the third time...we could go on but hopefully you get it by now.  If the ring has been worked on by others, it will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Don't worry, we'll also clean your gold or platinum ring that is made with 100% recycled precious metals.

All you need to do is put it back in the original packaging, include a copy of the original invoice, and pay for postage.  

Please note any shipments for cleaning and polishing MUST use Canada Post.
